One word you’ll definitely never find in any dictionary is this word “nush“, occasionally written as “nuş”. Although when I say “written” I mean that only in online, “slangy” conversations will you ever see it in written form as it won’t appear in newspapers, magazines or books. It is however used in every day (verbal) conversations a lot more often.
What is it? A contraction of “nu ştiu” or “I don’t know”. It’s just the first syllable of that phrase parsed out, pronounced roughly “noosh”.
AND NOW YOU KNOW!
‘nuş’ is similar to ‘dunno’ for English speakers.

Alternatively, nu stiu could be pronounced as a single word, nustiu, with the stress on the first syllable.
Bonus points if you can make the “tiu” sound as a “chiu” (almost like you read the letter “Q” in English). Nuşq :P
