As you might notice, I’m messing around with the graphics and the layouts here, trying to update the blog to a more professional look.

Right now, I’m extremely busy trying to do about 500 things all at once so forgive me for the lighter posting here in the near future. My plan right now is to entirely re-do the background template on Saturday. And in the meantime, I’m going to be messing around with some buttons and other individual graphics for the blog. If you see something weird (or hideously ugly), please don’t panic as I promise this is a work in progress. I guess if I were a pro web designer, I’d do all of this offline somewhere and then BAM hit one button and it’d be done. But I’m not… so some patience, please ;)

Meanwhile if you are in Cluj-Napoca, I am indeed going to the Ted(x) here on Friday. No, I won’t be a presenter but I am going to be there all day to learn from the people as well as meet a lot of other people. Should be really good stuff and I’m quite excited about it. If you’re in Cluj and attending, I’ll see you there!

Two separate people invited me to attend this week and I’ve seen a lot of TED videos online so I figured the stars were aligned (so to speak) and so I’ll be going. I’m sure I’ll be taking some kind of notes and will let you know afterward how it went.

What else? Well that’s about it for now, at least as far as the stuff I can tell you about. Oh! I just remembered I was supposed to post more pictures. I promise I will but for now you’re going to have to be satisfied with yet another cat picture that I discovered when I dumped the memory on my ancient camera :P
