I just wanted to say thanks to all the new visitors to the blog, because I know a lot of you are coming here thanks to old readers recommending it to you, so I bid you a warm welcome and wish you a pleasant journey as you stumble through all of the craziness that is my site here :P

I had a few requests to put up permanent links to some of my classic posts, so you can now find them on the sidebar. They are conveniently separated by which language they are written in. I know some of my readers have just been “discovering” my Romanian-language articles of late, to my extreme enjoyment :)

A lot of people who are new to the site, or just now finding out about me via Facebook, Twitter or some other way, ask me a lot of the same questions over and over, so hopefully one or more of the articles in these two selections should help get you “oriented” as to who I am and what this website is all about. I think, in fact, these are the questions I get asked the most:

1. Why in the world did you choose to live in Romania?
2. How can you be so positive about Romania?
3. How dare you say that you’re more Romanian than I am! Why you little cheeky…
4. Why do you mock Alison Mutler? Don’t you know she’s a respected journalist here in Romania?
5. You only say positive things because you’re an extremely rich, good-looking foreigner. If you knew the “real” Romania, which I am hereby about to tell you all about, then you’d wipe that smug grin off your face!
6. Hey, do you have any nude pictures of Roxana Printesa Ardealului?

Okay, well one of those was isn’t exactly a question and one is an inside joke for long-time readers, but you get the point ;)

If you feel lucky, click on the picture of the blue/purple die in the sidebar (Romanian: zar) and it’ll take you on a magical, mystical trip around this site, complete with rainbows and unicorns :):):)

And just to answer your question, no, sadly I do not have any nude photos of Printesa Ardealului, although if I get some, I promise that you’ll be the first to know :P
